Foster Homes
FOSTERS NEEDED!
We are always looking for more foster families. These families provide a loving environment for a Golden or Lab until it finds its forever home. All you have to do is open your home and provide a safe doggie environment to one of our wonderful dogs . We will find a dog that will mesh with your daily routine.

Become a Permanent Foster
We need individuals who are willing to open their hearts and homes to Goldens and Labs deemed non-adoptable, due to advanced age or health issues, by the Board of Directors or one of our vets. These fosters would be responsible for the ordinary costs associated with having a dog with GRRA™ paying all extraordinary medical bills for the life of the dog. The true reward is knowing how special you've made a dog's remaining years.
Home Check
An imperative step in our adoption process is our home check. Our home check volunteers visit potential families to ensure that their home environment is well-matched with a Golden or Lab's requirements.
Intake Team
Assess Goldens and Labs in shelters before they enter GRRA™ 's program. We want to make sure the dogs have a true Golden/Lab personality. You will also meet with owners wanting to give up their dog s .
Adoption Days
Help prospective families meet our delightful dogs, and learn about our excellent program on the first Sunday of every month. We meet at Pet Supplies Plus in Buckhead from 12pm until 2pm.
Triever Taxi
Provide transportation for our dogs coming out of a shelter, needing to go to the vet or to their foster home. If you only have a couple of hours per week or month, this is a great way to help.
Adoption Team
Help interview potential adopters so we can match them with one of our dogs.
