3 hours per week, you determine how many applications you want to handle.
This role can be done from the comfort of your own home

Role Description

  • This role is the “first face of GRRA”, which requires good people skills and telephone voice. Training is provided.

  • Contact adoption applicant upon receipt of their adoption application.

  • Review GRRA policies with applicant and discuss information on their application during a telephone interview.

  • Check applicant’s references.

  • Request a home check to be done by the Home Check Team.

  • Once applicant is approved, continue to serve as their primary contact.

  • Work with the applicant through the adoption process by identifying a dog which is the best match for their family by reviewing the foster evaluations. Send the appropriate adoption application to the foster to review.

  • Must be comfortable with using a computer.
