● This role is the “first face of GRRA”, which requires good people skills and telephone voice. Training is provided.

● Contact adoption applicant upon receipt of their adoption application

● Review GRRA policies with applicant and discuss information on their application during a telephone interview

● Check applicant’s references

● Request a home check to be done by the Home Check Team

● Once applicant is approved, continue to serve as their primary contact

● Work with the applicant through the adoption process by identifying a dog which is the best match for their family by reviewing the foster evaluations.

● Sends the appropriate adoption application to the foster to review.

● Must be comfortable with using a computer
